Furniture 321 Delivery Rates

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Delivery Policies


At Furniture 321 Ltd we believe that internet shopping is fast, so we hold almost all our items in stock in our  warehouse to ensure speedy delivery and customer satisfaction.

We offer Free Fast Standard Delivery in England which will normally take 2 – 5 days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).

Larger Parcels and Two Man Deliveries will take 2-9 days.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving full payment.

Please note orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday, and deliveries will be made between Mondays to Friday 7am–6pm.

We have three methods of shipment available:

Small Parcel

Our products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as Royal Mail,XDP, DHL,Yodel or UPS. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is despatched. 

The package will usually be delivered in 2 – 5 days, but you can track the progress on the web by clicking on the link in your email.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call, to rearrange delivery, or you may be required to collect the item from Post Office

If you fail to take the delivery the second time from XDP,Yodel or UPS, then you must collect the item from the depot.

If you require a third delivery to your home then there will be a charge of £9.95.

Larger Parcel

Larger products, but those that do not need specialist handling will be sent by the courier used to handling these larger products. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is despatched. 

The package will usually be delivered 2-5 days

If you fail to take delivery there will be an additional £14.95 charge to redeliver each item.

Two Man Deliveries

The largest and heaviest items such as heavy furniture and beds will be delivered by this service. 

The package will usually be delivered 2-7 days. This service sends a two-man delivery team to deliver the item to your house.  

When your product is ready, you will be contacted by phone to arrange delivery by our logistics company. In addition, the courier will phone when they are en route.

If you fail to take delivery there will be an additional £39.95 charge to redeliver


Amazon has recently changed its domestic shipping policy. As a third-party seller on Amazon, we can no longer stop orders that we are unable to fulfill at the checkout stage. Therefore if you make an order from one of the above postcode ranges, your order will be processed and you will be charged. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise you of the situation, before issuing a full refund.

At present, we are unable to ship items to the following UK postcode ranges: any BT (Northern Ireland), GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey), (Scilly Isles), (Isle of Man), PO (Isle of Wight), ZE (Shetlands), KW, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 and PH4-44.

We can ship some items to the following UK postcode ranges, but on an extended delivery scale: AB1-16, AB21-25, AB30, AB39, FK, PH9, PH1-3.

Please Note

All our deliveries are carried out using external carriers. Once we have dispatched your goods, you should normally receive them within the timeframe of the delivery. 

However, while we maintain a close relationship with our delivery companies, and will attempt to rectify any delivery problems as soon as possible, their operation is outside our control. In the event of a delay in delivery of your order or a mistake in the order itself, Furniture 321 Ltd accepts no liability for any associated expense, loss of profits or other losses incurred whatsoever.

Failure to deliver on time will not entitle you to terminate the purchase from Furniture 321 Ltd, or refuse to accept delivery. 

It is your responsibility to check your house address is complete and accurate when making the order.

On delivery of the item, if the box or the item looks damaged, you must state damaged item on the paperwork and you may refuse the delivery when signing for the parcel from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched, you must contact us by email or telephone so we can cancel the order.

If the item has already been dispatched then please follow our returns policy below

Unwanted Items:

Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day of delivery; however, we must be notified in writing by email to or by amazon messages of your intention to cancel.

After notification, we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

Goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ including all accessories and in the original packaging complete ‘AS NEW’.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition and/or parts missing, we will not accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Goods must be received by our Returns Department within 14 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back to us without prior authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

If you have failed to take delivery for the item, and you do not want to pay for the item to be redelivered, then once we have the item back, we will refund your account excluding a restock handling cost. 


A full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding a restock handling cost will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition. 

The refund will be processed in 7 working days after receiving the goods.

Non-Returnable Items:

For reasons of hygiene and we are not able to refund certain items such as Rugs.

We cannot refund any custom made items such as Beds & Mattress as these are made to order.

Faulty Items:

On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.

If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected.

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects to

Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement units.

We will always be able to send parts or a replacement item, but however If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, and you want to cancel the order for a refund the item can be returned under our return policy for unwanted items, which will be at your own expense and a restock handling fee.

Please note goods must only be returned once authorized. 

Goods must be re-packaged as received. They should be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any further damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.

You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage and report this to our suppliers, so the damaged goods can be rectified.

If we are required to replace and collect the faulty item, it is your responsibility to be at home and hand the package to our courier. The collection will be from Monday to Friday anytime from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have made a mistake in the price, or the listing has changed and is now sold in sets without the price being updated.
